Website is great, easy to find what you want, easy to check out. Good prices! The only thing that could be better would be to receive an "item has shipped" notice, preferably with tracking so the customer could know exactly when to expect the item. I was wondering if the items had shipped at all but decided to wait until the anticipated arrival date before contacting. Items arrived within the projected time.

No complaints. Good prices, accurate ordering, and fast delivery. Wish the Rx ordering was easier as local vets dont often get too excited about sending their business to someone else for meds etc.

I have bought farm and pet products from KV Supply for 30 years. The only problem I have with it is its web site. The search engine is not very good and often doesn't come up with what I am looking for. If I type in the catalogue number, the product does come up. Also, the web site slows to a snails cawl when trying to complete an order.

KV order was overall a positive experience. However, they wouldn't initially ship my order as they thought a veterinarian prescription was required. After I called to inform them that several of the items I ordered from them were available for purchase over the counter at feed stores and vet supply outlets here in Texas where I reside, they investigated and informed me that I was correct and apologized for the inconvenience. I received my order in a few days without further problem.
