All was good, price of product, display of options, then came the actual order of the heartworm meds and the typing of the dogs names and linking to the vet names, it says you can use the vet name from the previous dog by clicking a box but then everything you have added to that point gets erased. I did this several times as I thought it might be me, I finally did NOT check that option and manually entered everything for every dog and it took. Then I get a call from them the next day. nothing I had entered into those fields took. ARGHHHH!!! but she was very nice and offered to call the vet to get the prescription and all went as expected from there. Will order again.

I left a message for them to contact my vet. It took about 3 weeks. This was the first time I've been with them so hopefully in the future it will go more smoothly and faster. Thank you. Ps . The packaging was so big compared to the medicine. Maybe you are doing this for cost saving purposes but just wanted you to be aware.

Ever since KV upgraded their website, I have been unable to order my prescription medications online. It is very annoying to have to wait for business hours to order on the telephone. Please fix your website!

There was a missing aspect of my order and I received no notification of the problem. Once I called and remedied it, there was a further delay of several days to ship my order which was time sensitive. Not impressed.

Easy ordering, fast shipping but it takes ages for them to get around for my vet's approval on prescriptions. So long that j canceled my order and just got the meds from the vet!

I placed an order that contained a Rx that had expired. They had previously transferred the script to Valley when they weren't able to ship to CA. It took a number of days to resolve and I wasn't provided with any communication as to the status of the order. Then one day it just showed up.

well the prices are good but it takes a while to get the supplies so I still have to go to the vet for backup

I have been ordering from KV Supply for over 2 years straight. Within the last year the Lactated Ringer solution has been out of stock on numerous occasions. I understand this is in high demand and you are at the mercy of your suppliers. I am not so much disappointed in the backorder status of this material but the fact that I never receive any up dates on my order via e-mail or phone. Unless I call or check my order status on your web site, I have no idea when my order my arrive. I frequently have had to go to my Vet to replenish my supply at the very last resort.
