First of all I'm not really happy the way to call me that canot process my order

A scam requiring inflated shipping costs unless you buy a bunch of stuff you don't need, & then they just ship all the wrong stuff anyway. I'm very ill, struggling financially with a new business, but hey, you're $55 richer. That's what matters, right? Not that I don't have a single thing that I'll ever be able to use.

I, in good faith, made an order with KV Supply and received an order number. It informed me i would receive this order which was made 2/26/16, by 3/7/16 or before. Today, 3/8/16 i finally called KV Supply and was told by customer service rather curtly that KV Supply no longer carries Perio Support. The question is why not inform me when ordering rather than leading me on and causing my dog to miss out on her vet-prescribed supplement? This has been handled extremely poorly and inexcusably by KV Supply.

talk to many and get a different story about your order....and all along it remains with a status of "in progress". If i want to mail order again I will use Roadrunner.

It took way to long to get my order !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Took 8 days to recieve without an email even letting me know they got the script from Dr nor when it was filled n shipped. Also there is no "auto refill" program. That's awful =(

They did not say they would need a Rx for meds and were rude when letting me know I would have to have one to get any kind of help further.

I ordered Ilio dental treats and they have been on back order for some time now. My dogs are very unhappy. I wish someone would send me an email to whats going on with my order. Did I say my dogs are unhappy, they don't care about back orders they want them now.
