They make it easy for my vet to call in a prescription, which I know she appreciates. Most recently, I left my ordering to the last minute and needed to change the shipping option when I realized I wouldn't be home to receive the order. Diane in customer service took care of everything over the phone and the meds I needed were delivered the next day. Yes you may save a couple of dollars on meds elsewhere but great customer service counts just as much!
