I have been using KV Supply for several years and find them to be reliable with good service. Their prices are also better than at my local veterinary office.

I bought the Kool collar hoping to relieve our Australian heeler's uncomfortable time with the Arizona summer. The gel packs freeze pretty quickly and be really seems to be more comfortable.

Setting up an account was almost easy with a few glitches thus requiring a call into Customer Service which was great after the 10 minute wait time on the phone. I hope they will fix the website issues soon, then I can give them 5 stars. The products were as expected (solution set for CRF cat) and arrived in a timely manner. I will do business with KV Supply again.

I have ordered only a few things from KV supply and they have been spot on at this time with my order.

It would be nice if a confirmation email could be sent when the items ship, particularly when a prescription is required.

Price was the best. They contacted the vet for verification which saved me some work. Product was slow to coming in, but all is good.

I like KV Supply because the prices are reasonable, and I like that they'll contact my vet for prescriptions. One minor thing I would like to see them do is email me when my order ships so I know to expect it.

I would only add that I'd like an updated email once the prescription from my vet was received and the supplies were shipped. Otherwise everything was great, super price. Per unit, my vet was charging $38, KV sold it to me for $12.
