Sometime when I reorder an rx, it arrives within a reasonable amount of time, a week. When the rx needs to be renewed, it can take over 2 weeks to receive the meds, even though I know the renewal OK was provided to KV on the first or second day after the refill has been requested. Sometimes, it doesn't take more than a week, and there is no predictor, so you are pretty much left guessing when the meds will arrive. The inconsistency and failure to communicate delays is really irritating, however, the prices are good so we just deal with the lack of customer service.

In the past, I have had very good experiences with ordering my dog's prescriptions at decent prices. This particular time though, I am having issues receiving my Rx and checking on the status. I've had to call my vet and KV supply and am now having trouble checking the status of my order on their website. My order is now 10 days old, is still not shipped and my dog is out of a med that she needs daily. Frustrating.

Title says all, great value but shipping horrible. Yes I live in Hawaii, but why should we suffer with shipping. I spent over two hundred dollars, and it has been 11 days already still no package. I called and my package is stuck in California with no explanation on why. I called and it now says I have to wait another week to get my merchandise. Spending this much money and being a long time customer we should receive priority shipping via USPS or use UPS to get the merchandise I ordered in a timely manner. Come on folks, should not have to wait three weeks or more to get my order.

I was told I would receive notification of when my items would be shipped after the prescription was verified. I received no communication.

After placing my order and requesting that KV contact my veterinarian for the prescription, I was advised that my order was processing. When I went to the vet's office a 5 days later, I was advised that KV had not yet contacted the vet for the prescription. However, when I reached out to KV via email the next day, they responded that they were able to get the prescription the day before, sometime after I had been at the vet's office. I have used KV for product purchases over the course of many years and have never been dissatisfied with their service. However, this time, I believe that communication was limited in terms of keeping me informed regarding their contact of my vet and the expected time for delivery.

My experience was great until the expected delivery time. KV Supply noted on their website that if ordered on a Tuesday, 8/25 I would receive the pain medicine on Friday, 8/28. This didn't happen. My unhappiness is that I received little help on where was my order located after it was shipped from KV. Their tracking people were of no help and I needed the Bute Powder on the date promised. I'm thinking that tracking didn't know up from down. 3 days later - I finally received the powder. My alpaca needed the pain meds on the 28th as promised.
