I have shopped various places over the years based on low prices and ease of transaction when filling my dog's heartworm preventative prescription. You can save a lot by ordering online rather than filling at the vet (same product). The Price was Right on KV and included free shipping. No complaints with my first experience with KV . They took care of contacting my vet so all I had to do was place the order and wait for it's arrival. I would purchase here again.

I've ordered pet meds from KV Supply many times, and they do a good job. My only criticism is that the web interface is not very good for pending orders. For example, if you place a refill order and ask KV to contact your vet, and if there is a delay, you can't get any information from the website about where the delay has occurred, or whether your vet has approved it yet, etc. I think you can get more information if you call them on the phone.

Fast shipping. Customer service durine the day is a lot more knowledgeable then in the evening. Decent prices. Wish store hours were longer open some evenings.

on the site it showed the needles to go with the sub-q fluids, and injection kit. They are too long and it would cost too much to exchange. I should have read closer, but it was also mis-leading. Read very carefully.

KV has great products and some of the lowest pricing. Recently they've stopped sending emails when your product ships. Very frustrating with medications.

Although I ordered syringes and was asked for a RX which I did not have. I explained I am a dog rescue and administer all vaccines excluding rabies and the price was less then I can purchase at my local feedstore. Prompt delivery and shipment confir.ation. I will use KV SUPPLY again.
