I do a lot of shopping online so have a fair amount of experience with policies of different companies. KV is on top of it with promptness both in sales and returns. I do resent their tacking on a $5.00 handling fee. I rarely see this with other companies I do business with. "Handling" should be part of the job, not an extra.

Please update your prescription verification process. Allow the veterinarian to email the script with a phone number for the KV pharmacy to use to call and verify the script with the veterinarian. The current options are inconvenient and cause delays in starting treatment. Faxing? Snail mail? Really?

Nice people on the phone and efficient. However, my veterinarian faxed a prescription sheet back to them twice and KV sent me an email saying they had not heard from her so my order would be canceled.

They said "free shipping on orders over $50", mine was $128 but I was charged $32 shipping. I've made the same order in the past and the shipping was free then. Why $32 now? I'm disappointed The product is still very good..

Thank you for your review with Trust pilot. Our policy is that items weighing under 2 pounds of weight ship free. If the item weighs over that then there will be a shipping fee. Also if the order is under $50 there will be a $5 handling fee added to the order. I do hope that explains the shipping and handling fees for orders placed with us. Well, I am still waiting for my order to arrive. I ordered some Proin 11 days ago and I keep hoping it comes in before I need it for my dog! So far, NOT IMPRESSED.

Ordered dog pills for the first time. KV said they would need the prescription from the vet. Understandable. A month later, order on 9 -28, I called to status order. It had been shipped but no update on status even with shipping. I asked about email updates, was told it was not working too well. Really! Order came October 20. Product received was good, price better than Vet, but lack of status or update is poor.
