I had ordered 2 items,, waiting for sometime for second item, received 1st item timely. I finally called, was told it was out of stock, no longer made, there were different sizes, but they might be out also... I needed these right away,, they are winter items that need to be used for protection. I have looked on line and it now shows there is one left in stock. I am going to call in and see if that is the case,, if so I was told wrong the other day, when I was told they were out of that size...

Well, I needed the paste as soon as possible for my Shetland who has arthritis and it took a long time for KV to reply and then they had to call me and tell me that they could not ship to California. This is unfortunate and probably not a State problem but don't advertise in California then.

I was disappointed in the Urn I received, I did not know it was plastic. I hope the next time someone says " you do know this urn is plastic and it will not hold a 22 lb. Cat."

I thought this was a good place to get supplies for my pet. They said they could ship it next day UPS. So I made my purchase on a Thursday at 1 p.m. their time and paid the $30 for next day shipping and didn't receive my product until Tuesday of the next week. When I know for a fact the UPS delivers on a Saturday. There is no reason that they couldn't have shipped out my product that Friday especially when I paid that amount of money for shipping. And I ordered other pet supplies from another website that same day and paid for next day shipping and received it that Saturday. Needles to say I wont purchase anything that needs to be shipped overnight from this company again.

I have given up trying to place an order on your Web site (both regular and mobile). It's too bad, because other than that, the service and products seem to be great.

I got a bottle of nutritionals with a broken seal. In order to have it replaced, I would have needed to return it, at my own expense. I wasn't very happy with this outcome. It didn't satisfy me that a lot of the product had broken seals. Who knows why the seals were broken.

The item I ordered, a pet pill popper, came very quickly. When I opened the bubble envelope, the item was just thrown in the bag. No wrapping or plastic bag and it was covered in dust as if it had been sitting on a shelf forever. They could have rinsed it off first! The item doesn't even work well. Not happy!

We ordered a muzzle and it is extremely big! We followe'd the size chart and She is an ACD but the muzzle looks two sizes too big! Need to send it back, its the holidays so it will have to wait. Really needed it because we have guests coming. You can't depend on their sizing guide.
