Items not received! Waiting for refund!

Item is stuck in MD since 07/02/26. Send me this survey after we know what happened to the ring and after I (hopefully) receive it.

Jewelry almost arrived late which caused havoc to the wedding date approaching. Poor communication from staff . Disappointed in having to get the package myself due to it being intercepted. The least that we could’ve done is have one of the rings arrive to be safe and then trust we would ship the extra back.

I don’t like it at all.The quality is OKAY.kinda disappointed actually.I ordered 4 pairs of earrings.I don’t like the silicone backs at all they provided.it should be 24 karat everything.not silicone.they should start selling the 24 karat earrings backs options .for sure customer would love the idea ( even we pay for it extra.) it should be an option.

I didn't get the approximate 75/25 percentage that they advertise as radically transparent pricing. That was poppycock, I wrote them and they said with various additional charges it is about 38 percent. I bought my bracelet on that basis, and felt cheated by them, and still do.

Very bad experience with my last order from Kuvera jewelry . The finished product and quality of the jewelry pieces were very poor and received with no visible hallmark . It took more than 30 days for me to receive the items and then i returned 2 of them back because of issues in quality. I received them back but still very poor quality and not done as expected by me . I am staying away from this company for the time being because of quality control issues and I can get a lot better quality jewelry from other companies that do a lot better job in production of fine and beautiful jewelry that is solid 24k gold
