Lauren did an absolutely outstanding job on my request! I got my first proof back within 3 days and changes I requested were quick and well done. The customer service and efficiency was definitely a 5/5. Definitely reasonably priced also. I definitely recommend Kustom Gifts!

I click on a canvas that was 20 by 30 and when I went to go pay it switched to a digital cartoon and now I can't even get my money back

Hi Chris, you ordered both the digital cartoon and the canvas print. First, we deliver the cartoon by email and only after your approval, we proceed to print & frame the canvas. I checked and USPS delivered the canvas to you on Jan, 30th. I guess you left the review while the canvas was on transit, but next time feel free to send me a quick email and I'll be happy to assist with any questions. Sincerely, Lauren Hudson

Googled online for a custom gift and came across Kustom Gifts. Read good reviews from other customers and decided to give it a try. They delivered fast and made changes when requested. Very happy with how the pictures turned out.

Just recieved the canvas picture and the family loved it. I would highly recommend doing this even if just for something different.

Awesome customization and quick turn around.
Alexis
I never received my order. I repeatedly emailed the contact info on the web page and the lady says it has nothing to do with her she just comes up with the designs.

Alexis, you placed an order on June, 17th for a digital portrait of two people in Rick Morty's style. We drew your personalized cartoon, and on June, 23rd you gave us your final approval for the artwork. After that, you sent multiple emails asking when we would ship you a t-shirt, and I explained to you that we never sold t-shirts in our store. I even resent your invoice #2387 so you could double-check that you never bought a t-shirt from us. Anyways, your review is unfair to our team, since we delivered exactly what you purchased from us. Sincerely, Lauren

AMAZING! Lauren got my order to the T and continued to work on everything I asked.
