Order #5223 which was a digital print on canvas still has not arrived despite being ordered roughly a month ago (May 2023). I understand I was late on an email by a few days to confirm but I have responded since and still have not heard back nor gotten my canvas print.

The poster turned out amazing and just how I wanted! However, I was overcharged about $30-$40 - charged an extra person and an extra pet. I had emailed asking why, I got no response and no refund. Not too happy!

Hi Kara, You initially ordered for 1 person, but sent photos and details for 2 people and 1 pet. When we asked about the order, you agreed to pay the difference in order to include the extra 1 person and 1 pet in your cartoon portrait. We drew your cartoon for 2 people and 1 pet, which you approve on Nov, 09th. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out! Sincerely, Lauren

I still haven't gotten my canvas and it's already been nearly 3 weeks. it doesn't even let me track my order where it's at or when it'll be here.

Extremely over priced Why should I have to pay for the canvas separately it should be included in the price what's the point of only a digital copy I just pays 60$ for them to have to pay another 50$ for a canvas print that's ridiculous

Hi Keith, Thank you for your feedback and allow me to explain the reason behind it. A lot of our customers want only the digital drawing so they can print locally; and in different products that we do not offer such as t-shirts, cellphone case and pillow covers. At our shop, digital drawing & canvas prints are two different products as we want to give our customers the flexibility to choose where to print their cartoon. Sincerely, Lauren Hudson

Update: I finally did receive my acrylic print, although it was delivered 8 days late and only after hounding the company for status updates, being told it's in a separate shipping facility and they have no idea when it will be picked up by FedEx. Not very professional. Ultimately, I did receive it, although way after Christmas when it had been promised to me that I would receive it 3 days prior to Christmas. Original review: Like you, Whitney, I'm beginning to think this is a scam too. I paid $200 for an acrylic print but I'm getting the runaround from the owner. A FedEx label was "created" and put in the system with nothing being shipped out a week ago per confirmation via FedEx. This was going to be the best surprise for Christmas but the biggest surprise, I'm afraid, will be the fact that I was scammed. I will happily update this review if I get the print as promised, but I'm not hopeful.

Hi Sunshine, My apologies that FedEx delayed your acrylic glass shipment. We did everything possible from our end for you to receive it as soon as possible, and when we learned about this delay we gave you a full refund for the shipping fee. On the other hand, I have to disagree that our team was not professional. Before your purchase we mention that delivered by Dec, 24th would be extremely tight and possible delays could happen due to the Holidays high-volume and Covid circumstances. We answered every single one of your 40+ emails asking for updates and you received the package on Dec, 28th. Sincerely, Lauren Hudson

When you pay almost 60 dollars for a picture that you think is a poster that you will get to only find out you paid almost 60 dollars for them just to switch clothes on a character and send you the picture through email for you to print out. I was disappointed. You have to pay even more money for them to actually put it on something and send it to you.
