wholesale customer for 10 years plus , after an incredibly frustrating effort to make a larger order and could not get the site to work, this spanned over the month, the I got an incredibly rude email from a Nathan telling me I was not speaking politely enough to him, good lord, BYE Felicia. I ll find a new supplier Your reply is incredibly condescending and you have tried to minimise my custom to you which spanned well over TEN years Don't be so sensitive that you can't perform customer interaction effectively . Woke will make you broke

We truly appreciate your business over the past 5 years. Our records show our team worked with you through multiple changes. Noting that CBD-related purchases cannot be processed through Square or PayPal, and U.S. federal regulations prevent card use from non-U.S. billing addresses. We did try to accommodate your requests as much as possible. We’re sorry to see you go and wish you the best.

takes over a week to ship orders. At the cut off of the promised ship date, my order wasn't even packaged yet. Go to a better store, there are plenty of them now.

Every time I place an order for Kush Queen CBD products I'm proud to support a woman-owned brand that supports marginalized communities. The products are top-quality (and have been since before the CBD-boom) and the customer service/shipping is perfectly communicated and executed.
