Great Customer Service! We were having some issues with our account that I could not figure out. I want to shout out Marion U. for exceptional customer service. She spent a lot of time going through things with me, making sure she fully understood what was going on, needed to escalate it to another team. But she continued to follow up on my behalf, make sure I was in the loop, and followed up afterwards to be sure that everything was ok. She went above and beyond. I also want to say that Valeria I. was also great, she is the one that spent time going deeper into the issue with me until we finally found the solution. She also continued to check in on my account to make sure that things continued to run smoothly. Both of them were great!
