Kristine Park is one of the biggest assets you have at Kurv. I have spoke to many people with the different problems I was having. I spoke w several people in customer service as well and frankly they were kind but their knowledge of Kurv and especially the Landi truly sucked and I’m being kind. “Kurv made the setup process easy and provided consistent follow-up throughout. After having two terrible experiences with processors over the past 90 days—Chase and Paysafe—we were looking for a company that was responsive, organized, and straightforward to work with. So far, Kurv has been a much better experience. We have two merchant accounts with them, everything is working well, and we are very satisfied so far.”

I enjoy kurv as my payment processor because they go above and beyond anything that I’ve ever experienced as far as customer service and answering my questions as I have them. I’m not new to payment processors, and I’ve dealt with several that were not as informative and helpful as kurv
