UPDATE: ISSUE FULLY RESOLVED I want to update my previous review because Kurv has now resolved the situation. The account has been closed and the full amount of $1,137.45 has been refunded. My original review reflected our experience at the time and the difficulties we had getting the account closed and the charges refunded. However, it’s only fair that I update the review now that they have stepped in and made everything right. The matter is fully resolved from our side and there is nothing outstanding anymore. Thank you to the team who ultimately took ownership of the issue and got it sorted.
