Valeria was so responsive and helpful! She was extremely knowledgable and really cared about solving my issue, even though it was a problem with Authorize settings and not with Kurv. She walked me through making the changes needed to correct my settings in Authorize and made what could have been a frustrating problem just a blip. Technology can be painful - I wish every problem was solved as easily as this one!

I probably have one of best reps ever with Kurv. My rep, Frank, noticed before I did that we needed additional processing caps for the companies growth. He went ahead and got ahead of us to ensure that we were prepared for the upcoming season. Great team of people invested in making sure you are getting what you need.
