Marion is THE BEST
Marion U at EMS is amazing! Super helpful, friendly, and really knows her stuff. I don't have to dread when I have an issue because I know Marion will be on top of it! I love that she follows up and follows through with what she says she will do! She makes every experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend her!

Quick to resolve our trouble with our malfunctioning credit card terminal. Lynn in the corporate office acted with genuine concern, and Ronnie in the local office took care of everything with getting us back online. He has always been super helpful whenever ever we need assistance with anything.

Breath of fresh air
I chose to go with EMS after some terrible experiences with a competitor. This was my first time calling in for support. I spoke with a patient, helpful, knowledgeable person, such a 180 from East Commerce no-Solution. My problem was solved quickly on a Sunday no less.

Hi Paul, Thank you for this awesome review! We're so glad that we provided a smooth, easy experience for you, and we can't wait for you to start processing!
