We are a brand new client of kurv and we are in the learning curve with a brand new point sale. Between the sales rep, Allison, coming in over the weekend, helping us with our pos and now Richard from tech support helping us with a connectivity issue, impressed! An issue that would have taken an hour on hold with previous company took us instead 8 minutes total! Kurv has not pushed unnecessarily products down our throats.
