I had a great experience working with Andrew Torres at Kurv Pay. On my first call, we ran into an issue waiting for a payment to batch out, and Andrew stayed on the phone with me for 10-15 minutes while we waited. When it turned out the batch hadn't gone through, instead of leaving me hanging, he told me he'd call me back the next day at the same time — and he actually did. We got the issue resolved, and I really appreciated his transparency and reliability throughout the process. It's rare to get that level of follow-through these days. Highly recommend working with Andrew if you're dealing with Kurv Pay.
