I received my order in good time and started using it straight away, I was initially concerned about the smell but it isn't overpowering and doesn't linger in my hair. The only difficulty I had was I didn't realise how hard and when you watch the videos it looks a lot easier to use.

The natural, roasted scent can be a surprise at first, but it’s one of the signs of authentic, unrefined Batana Oil — and I’m glad it settled well for you. As for the texture, you’re absolutely right — pure Batana Oil hardens in cooler temperatures due to its natural composition. A simple tip: just warm the jar slightly by placing it in a bowl of hot water for a few minutes before use. It’ll melt into a smooth, rich oil, just like in the videos.
