I ordered Batana oil here. Unfortunately, I couldn't pick it up in time because I was giving birth, and my order was returned. I was worried I'd lost my money, but after contacting the customer support manager, I was very surprised. They're returning my order for free and they're including one additional Batana Oil jar as a complimentary gift. Super helpful! I really appreciate it. What great service! Absolutely fantastic! I can't wait, and I'll definitely order more from here.

Batana oil is a great product! It is the ONLY product to make my hair shiny. Sadly initially I I had only received half of my last order owing to Royal Mail messing up but I persisted with trying to contact Kuri Nuka customer service. Finally a very supportive and helpful Sab responded promising to remedy the situation and I’m very happy to say not only have I received the missing half of my order but also a goodwill gift for all my troubles. 💜 The shampoo and conditioner are great too. This is a great small business which deserves our support Royal Mail needs to do better and not let small businesses down.

Thank you so much for sharing your feedback, and I want to sincerely apologize for the frustration this experience has caused. I completely understand how disappointing it must feel to receive only part of your order and not hear back right away — that’s not the experience Kuri Nüka wants for any of our customers. I’ve checked our system but couldn’t locate an email or order under your public details here. To help us sort this out as quickly as possible, could you please email us at [email protected] with your order number and the subject line “MISSING ITEM – URGENT”? Once received, our support manager will personally review your case to arrange the replacement or refund right away. Your trust means a great deal to Kuri Nüka, and we’re truly grateful that you’ve enjoyed our Batana Oil despite this issue. We’ll make sure it’s handled with care and priority. It’s amazing! Bad reviews seem fake or perhaps a little mishap within the company. Mine came within a week and my hair is feeling super soft and shiny!

Like many others I was very sceptical of trying this as there are so many fakes of this product. I initially purchased 2 in the buy 1 get one free offer and as I live in the UK, the oils took around a 7-8 days to arrive which is perfectly fine. They were packaged well and fully intact. The 1st thing I noticed, was the smell and consistency of the oil. You can tell immediately that it is a raw and natural product and the smell is nutty and like coffee. What is more impressive is the impact on my hair. I had very thin patches around the edges of my hair line and a bald patch. I can't believe that after 3 weeks there is hair there and not one patch that is bald. A bigger suprise is how soft and manageable my hair is now. I have very big 4A/3C afro hair that tangles easily and my hair just unravels effortlessly now. I have now ordered the buy 2 get 2 offer so I don't run out anytime soon. I have also now recommended this oil to my mum and sisters, its a game changer for sure. I'm looking forward to finally retaining my length and my hair being longer and stronger
