I really enjoy using the Botana oil product. It's authentic, and the quality is great. Since I've been using it my hair feels much softer, it gives a healthy moisturised shine to it and I absolutely love the way it just melts in my hand. I can finally say I’ve found a company I can truly trust. Kuri Nüka sells real 100% Batana oil and offers exceptional customer service. I’ve been scammed so many times before—especially by SAUVASINE, who advertised authentic Batana oil but sent me fake, creamy, sticky products that were hard to wash out and even damaged my hair instead of softening it.
Kuri Nüka is the real deal. I contacted their customer service through email to confirm their authenticity, and every time I requested proof, they responded quickly and professionally. My order arrived within 8 days, and I was able to track it the entire time. While waiting for my package, Kuri Nüka kept me updated and even explained what to look for when verifying that the product is truly 100% Batana oil, as well as how to use it properly. I ordered to the UK and received my order in a very reasonable amount of time considering the distance. I also qualified for free delivery, which was a nice bonus. I'm happy with the products so far. I warm the product in my hands, and it melts pretty much instantly into a smooth, manageable texture. The strong coffee smell is quite potent at first but wares off/mellows eventually once applies. I've been using it for about a week, and my hair feels moisturised and less itchy.

Customer service impressed me just as much as the oil. I had a courier issue where my package got stuck at a sorting facility for over a week with no updates. I reached out to Kuri Nüka expecting the usual runaround, but Sab from their team sorted it out within a day. They contacted the courier directly and kept me updated the whole time.
When it finally arrived, the oil itself lived up to the hype. Thick, rich, and you can tell it's pure. I use it twice a week and my hair has more shine and less breakage than it's had in months.It's hard to find brands that actually care like that anymore. They earned a loyal customer.
