When placing my order, I thought I bought a buy one get one free option, but only 1 Batana Oil was received, email Kuri Nuka and a customer service advisor eventually responded back with such a kind, personal response from Sab. He was very positive and more than happy to help to resolve my issue, he straightaway said he would send me the other one- a goodwill gesture. Which has now been received.
This is my 2nd order of the Batana Oil as now my mum and daughter are now both using this product. Great for hair as a daily hair moisturiser and scalp care.
Absolutely amazing product

I will be back to give a review after l use the product. I ordered from Sweden on the 29 december, 2015 and delivery came on 12 january 20, 2026. That was impressive because i order during holiday season and by my calculation, my product arrived with 6 working days. I used the product first today and it does really smells like burnt coffee (not offensive). The container was a bit small for the price. As said, l will be back to give a review when l have used the two packs l bought. For now, delivery, 5 stars.

This product is the real deal
This product is the real deal, fantastic product.
I had 500 sisterlocks, 0.8 in size all salons refused to undo them, literally 2 strands of hair was my loc size so I proceeded to do it myself, it took a week to take them out.
My hair had so much split ends and was extremely dry as I was in the transition style, using only water no products. I tried multiple hair products, natural hair products it didn't hydrate my hair enough.
This product is superb my hair is shining, looking healthy, wearing it as a afro it really seals your split ends.i am so happy. I used the shampoo that is a lovely product, your hair feels so soft i have now purchased the conditioner.
I will be buying more Batana oil , I have two from the promotion but I will be stocking up so I dont run out in case of their harvest period.
I would recommend you buy this product, you will be thankful you did. Its a game changer, Dr Sebi really knew what he was talking about.

I am updating my review following a detailed response from Kuri Nüka.
After several months with no delivery or clear communication, the company has now explained that my order was held at customs and that there was a breakdown in communication, for which they have taken responsibility and apologised.
Based on this response and willingness to resolve the issue, I am adjusting my review to 3 stars while the matter is being completed. Happy to change the original rating from 3 to 5 stars when successfully processed and confirmed.

I placed an order with Kuri Nüka in August 2025 and, over five months later, I have received nothing — no product, no delivery date, no meaningful update despite including Navidium Shipping Protection.
Despite reaching out multiple times, all I get are generic automated responses acknowledging my “ticket” rather than any real explanation or resolution. This is now the third time they’ve done this, which shows a complete lack of accountability and customer care.
At this point, this feels less like a delay and more like customers being ignored after payment. A legitimate business does not take money, go silent for months, and then hide behind template emails.
I am extremely disappointed and would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering, unless you are comfortable waiting indefinitely or chasing your money.
