Please let me reassure you: Kuri Nüka’s Batana Oil is 100% authentic, directly harvested and prepared in Honduras by the Miskito community. The reason you see “CUB01” or other codes is due to the way international carriers, such as Evri, process and route parcels through their distribution networks. These are logistics identifiers, not the origin of the product itself. The Chinese writing you saw is part of the transit partner’s packaging and does not reflect where the oil is sourced. As for the oil itself: because Batana Oil is a natural product, small variations in texture, color, or scent can occur from batch to batch, depending on the harvest season and conditions. This is normal with authentic, minimally processed oils and actually one of the signs that it isn’t factory-made or chemically standardized. The nutty aroma can sometimes be lighter or stronger, but rest assured — the integrity and authenticity remain the same. Your trust means so much to Kuri Nüka. Hi Dave, The order number you’ve referenced (#1001) does not exist in our customer records, and the email you provided ([email protected]) is not valid — all attempts to contact you have failed. Despite this, we’ve invited you multiple times to send proof of purchase to [email protected], and you have not done so. Even without verification, we offered to send you a free jar of our Batana oil so you could see the quality for yourself. That offer still stands. To clarify: our Batana oil is 100% sourced and made in Honduras, and every jar clearly states this on the label. No Kuri Nüka product has ever claimed to be made in China. Any statement to the contrary is simply false. In fact, Trustpilot has already removed several of your previous reviews after identifying them as inaccurate. We welcome genuine feedback — and we’re proud of the transparency and integrity our customers expect from us. But repeated, unsupported claims do not serve the community we’re here to support.
