The bottom line
The bottom line - this works for me. I've been having serious hot flashes all day long, and it makes my job as a teacher rather miserable! Yes, the cuff is bulky, but the benefits for me outweigh the problem. I did contact Kulkuf to tell them that the cuff did get very hot one night, but haven't heard back from the company. I also think the velcro could be more secure. I have had it fall off a few times, and I don't want it to break hitting the ground! Am I glad I bought it? Yes. Could it continue to be improved? Yes.

Dear JLK. Thank you for your kind words and glad that we took care of your hot flashes. Please write to us @ [email protected]. We are working on a new design which will be much smaller and will not use any velcro. It will be ready by 15th Jan and we will send you the replacement with the new design.
