Placed an order on June 2nd, my kids picked out a shirt for my husband for father’s day - it hasn’t even shipped over a month later. I emailed customer service asking status update and they replied it is scheduled to be shipped out before July 1st...but July 1st had already passed. I wrote another email because if 30 days late they ask you to let them know...that did no good, they referred me to my order status of “printing” which has been that way since June 3rd. 😡 If you ask me this company scams people out of their money.

Love my Mario mug. Shipping time was great

The confirmation email gave me an estimate of 5-15 business days. Three weeks later, it’s saying 10-20 business TO SHIP as of today. I understand the pandemic is slowing all business to a grinding halt, but they should let people know the waiting time before they place the order. Or keep them informed. Or just print and ship the damn hoodie. It shouldn’t take two months to send something a piece of clothing!

The customer service was great! They kept me updated on what was going on without question. The material and printing on the masks were 4.5/5 rating, because let’s face it, nothing is perfect in life. I will be coming back for more. I definitely recommend utilizing their services!
