They phoned me with an AI agent, asked for a live agent and spent 10 minutes waiting. When a real person finally picked up the phone, he burped and hung up. Talk about excellence and professionalism.

The person I was talking to was dismissive and belligerent. They are a collection agency who hide behind a legal title. Check carefully the information as they were not accurate.

They emailed me and I wrote back to them asking for specifics and that if they didn’t follow what I requested I would report it to the Law Society of Ontario. I myself work for a lawyer and I know exactly how to handle these types of people. They immediately replied back. This is what they said: Thank you for reaching out and sharing your preferences, Michael. I understand the importance of receiving accurate information and your request to limit email communications. However, for documentation, verifications, or to address your procedural requests—including the provision of proof of the original amount and original creditor details—please contact KSI Law directly. Our administration team is fully equipped to assist you and can formally process your requests regarding registered mail and official documents. They can also provide guidance on how communications can be managed in accordance with your wishes, while accommodating regulatory requirements. I think this was auto generated, and no actual person replied. If they work there as law clerks and or paralegals. I can report the entire office to the LSO.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. I received a demand letter from them for an amount I owe which was deleted from my email due to it being in my junk folder and when I asked for a new letter Shira Rifle the person I have been dealing with was incredibly rude and disrespectful she told me that I should have kept the original letter and that it's not their job to send me letters. Since dealing with this person they have been rude 99% of the time. When I ask to speak to her manager I am ignored. I have never in my life dealt with such an unprofessional company. Horrible communication and they dont even treat you like you are a person. They are also extremely pushy. To anybody dealing with them DO NOT send any money to these people. They are not a law firm they are a debt collection agency. Do not let these guys scare you into anything.

I receive daily robo-calls at my number, looking for a completely different person. I returned the call once to inform them of the incorrect number but they continue to call me. I also blocked that phone number but their messages still make it into my voicemail.

Purely a scam company, will not stop calling regarding a person who is not me. When you go to phone them, the number doesn’t exist. Call me one more time and a real law firm will come for you.

Genuinely the most unprofessional organization I have ever had the distaste to deal with. They call me every god damn day and when I answer they put me on hold for ages. I finally spoke to an agent the other day and they said I have an outstanding balance with a company I’ve never done anything with. I told them this and they said “prove it”. I told them prove I have an account and they said “enjoy keep getting the calls” then hung up. Like what the hell? I told them if they call again I’m contacting the CASL.
