Additional Complaint – Pressure to Accept High-Interest Financing What started with 4000 dollars is now upwards 9000 dollars and the judge who accepted to let them do this is also whole.new story on its own. They legitimately threaten you openly and have aggressive behavior openly plus they tell you how it is going to work and press you to pay no matter what. Another serious concern is KSI Law's recommendation of high-interest financing providers to both my wife and me. In my experience, these recommendations were accompanied by considerable pressure to resolve our debts, leaving us feeling that we had little choice but to consider extremely expensive borrowing arrangements. I strongly object to the practice of placing financially distressed individuals under pressure to accept high-interest financing as a means of satisfying outstanding judgments. We have been actively seeking legitimate refinancing through our own mortgage broker and financial institution. Yet, rather than allowing reasonable time for this process, we have continued to face repeated calls and references to further enforcement. I question whether these financing recommendations were genuinely intended to assist us or whether any business or referral relationships exist between KSI Law and the recommended providers. I request that KSI Law disclose whether it receives any referral fees, commissions, or other financial benefits from these recommendations. I believe this aspect of my experience deserves serious scrutiny, particularly where individuals may feel compelled to accept costly financial arrangements because of ongoing legal pressure.
