Lorenzo probably is the best customer service I ever received always keeping me updated on status of my order. Def will buy again from Him.

Krystal provides the best customer experience, communication, and she offers a really special selection of Asian country Pokemon card merchandise. Including exclusives! Really a fantastic shop - I purchase from her regularly.

Long time fan of the YouTube Channel, first purchase was a preorder of Collect 151 Journey and it came in faster than my other preorders from other sellers. Bubble wrapped nice and tight so my box looks nice even though I’ll be ripping, I like having the option of keeping a minty box for my sealed collection! Will be buying more soon! THANKS KRYSTAL!

Shipped incredibly fast and and was a ton of fun to open.

I was already beyond delighted to have been able to place my order. So I was even more excited to receive my package. It arrived in such a timely manner and in great condition. Plus there was a special treat, provided by the seller, and was just such a fun and thoughtful gesture. I was very satisfied with my purchase and I can’t wait for my next one!

Krystal is very communicative with any questions I had and even reached out when I had an error in my shipping address. I would recommend to buy pokemon products from her and always fast shipping! 😊

Great experience, excellent communication. The best place to get multi language Pokemon cards in the US.

Great service! Helped back order a sold out booster box and even threw in a free pack!
