I’ve purchased several times from Krystal and each time it’s been well packaged and just what I expected. Great customer service and communication! Will continue to buy!

Krystal was able to help me acquire official product when my wife was scammed with a fake Gem Pack box from AliExpress. The process was smooth and the boxes arrived earlier than expected. The communication was honest and helpful, and I was never left wondering if I made the right decision. When a box goes out of print, it’s important to get the details correct, and Krystal ensured that I got my order quick and safe. Overall, very impressed with my experience and I highly recommend contacting her for your international card needs.

Krystal is one of the greatest YouTubers for Pokemon, she has a wonderful passion for multi-language Pokemon cards, I always learn something new about a language and learn how to say a new Pokémon’s name in different languages. She also has a great online store! I recently won a giveaway on her instagram and received my giveaway quickly and it was exactly as described. I highly suggest Krystal kollectz!

Excellent service and products! I am very happy with my purchase, customer service was amazing. I will be purchasing again in the future, thank you for easy access to international cards!

Always a great experience ordering from Krystal Kollectz! It’s wild how so does all this and has a full time job. Thanks for giving me a place to get my Korean Pokemon cards!
