Terrible experience with this seller. They do not provide updates, fail to ship on time, and completely ignore any responsibility. My order has been delayed for over a month, and to this day, it still hasn’t even been shipped. Reaching out for updates is pointless since they don’t respond to your specific order just send you to their IG where they also provide no updates. Seems to be a trend in this community now where sellers will just try to offer to cancel your pre-order instead of fulfilling it after they have had your money to buy the product, so they can sell at a higher price now that it's higher than the preorder. Do not take preorders and people's money if you do not have the allocation.

Buyer beware. Website allows for over purchasing and the seller refuse to fully refund. Seller does not refund payment processing fee and allows website over purchasing. Krystal thinks it is the sellers fault for purchasing in confidence on her website, but unfortunately she should have some work done on her website to ensure customers aren't being stuck with a $50 bill for trying to make an order in good faith. Could have been good business between us, but this experience was terrible! The cost of doing business is taking care of things like this- I attempted to make a order for a full case of product and ended up with a $50 hole in my pocket because the seller refuses to properly limit product purchasing price for customers. This is the reason for my review, it is not false.
