For those hoping to send recruiting video to college coaches, it was very frustrating to learn that you cannot highlight or "mark" a player in a video clip. In other words, the coaches have to try to figure out which one of the 22 players they are supposed to be watching. They quickly move on to the next film as they don't have time for that. Krossover lags WAY behind Hudl in this regard.

OK, well it's been many months since basketball season, so it's hard to remember too much about the system. One very obviously needed functionality is to have a way to not have to input the opposing team's roster if you have already played them that season. A second functionality change is to be able to designate that a player did not play in a game even after the stats have been run. We need to be able to simply load our team at the beginning of the year. Then, after each game the video person needs to be able to just load the video and let Krossover team do their work. Then at ANY POINT IN TIME, we need to be able to just indicate that certain players on the roster did not actually play in that game and the stats need to be able to adjust for that fact. Thirdly, let us load all of the opposing teams' rosters at the beginning of the season (or anytime during the season) ... and then be given the choice to "select" the opposing team. At the high school level there will be new people responsible for each area of the team's Krossover platform almost every year. The learning curve right now is too steep. Lot of the unnecessary input data requirement steps simply should be able to be programmed around so that new user's don't have to be concerned about learning all of the nuances of the system.

I have been having issues w clips loading and also the clips over lap portions of the plays which increase my viewing time. I would like to be able to watch the video in full screen and be able to associate certain keys w certain film reels so I can add a play to a reel whole watching it my hitting a certain key. These to adjustments would enhance your product greatly

Hey Coach Kegler. Sorry to hear about slow viewing times last season. We've completely revamped our video player in the offseason, so that should solve a lot of the loading time and overlap issues. As for the "hot key" suggestion, that's some great insight. Thanks for sharing. We will pass that along to our engineering team and see what can be done. Hope have a great 2015-16 season!

Not sure it is totally worth the money. There are other companies that do similar and are not priced as high. Telestrations still struggle, stats are inaccurate and it takes a long time to get film done on your end.

Hey Brian, thanks for the feedback. Have you been in touch with our support team about the issues with inaccurate stats? They have a lot of great tips about how to avoid running into these problems. We have different turnaround times for different packages, so if it's taking too long to get the film done, those are always an option as well. Would love to put you in touch with the support team to see if we can fix some of the problems you had with stats and get you running smoothly for 2016.

I really want to give Krossover 5 stars, but our experience this season doesn't warrant 5 stars. We had so many errors with player number and "unknown" plays. I know our away jerseys are hard to read, but I had our film guy say the number of the players when the action happened so the indexers could hear the number. I don't think they watched the games with the sound on. Every away game we had would have 60% "unknown" and that made me use a lot of my time figuring out and re-entering player numbers. It was great in other respects, but it wasn't amazing like I thought it would be, especially not for the money I paid.
