Video upload keeps failing, Vague directions, incredible waste of time.
Video upload keeps failing. Why isn't the site designed to at least transfer the files to you, and then you notify me of the issue "for next time". It gives me no reason code, nothing to trouble shoot, and the instructions (including the video are very vague). There are several types of MP4. Which audio codec? Which video format? OR, if I had a service who's primary function is dealing with game film, I think I would have an integrated converter (VLC is free!) that will swizzle whatever bits your system needs to have after films in *any* format are uploaded.
