This was for our grandson & he loves it! Easy assembly! Durable! We added a bell. The Kriddo company was very responsive when our package had a defective component! Mailed within the same day of contacting them.

Solidly built product! I had a problem with one pice so called customer service - got the BEST service I have EVER experienced - listened to my problem (bad part), responded quickly with new part and SUPER friendly attitude!!! Will always look to KRIDDO if they have a product I am interested in in the future!!!
