The communication was terrible. Beginning with autogenerated online forms that were difficult to fill out with the correct information and did not allow for the correct description of our needs. The death certificate information was not accurately communicated to the county even after it was proofed and returned with changes. I am still waiting for a death certificate two months later. When I could reach an actual person, they were helpful and considerate, but most of the communication by email and text was not helpful, not accurate and was not followed up on. I was very disappointed that a business whose entire purpose is to help people in times of distress caused more frustration and complication than they helped to alleviate.

The communication was great through both email and text. I truly appreciated the personal phone call when they had received the go ahead from the state and were actually cremating the body. The one thing I would have liked was a personal call or text when they had picked up my loved one and her body was then in their care. Instead I simply received a text that everything was going according to plan but I had no idea what that meant or where her body was. I had to call to confirm they had picked up the body.

Josh and his assistant were outstanding. I felt at ease and confident they took great care with my mom.

Kramer's representatives were very prompt and respectful. The online application was very straight forward and made it easy to provide the needed information.

Kramer Cremation kept me informed on every step of my loved one’s process. Was very helpful when I called with any questions. I was very thankful for the timely manner in which they had proceeded with my loved one.

Very helpful and inexpensive compared to others. But you need to remove incorrect information from the internet. You no longer have offices in Dallas and Plano.
