Full information was gathered by personable representative who called back about an hour later and said very sorry but did not have personnel to pick up the body. I had to hussle on a Saturday night to find another provider. Very dissatisfied.

Compared to many other institutions, this was the easiest to understand and gave the most accurate information. Not having to deal with different quotes. Simple and straight forward help.
