Kramer CremationReviews of kramercremation.com

Everyone was so kind and went beyond my expectations!! When we drop my Peter off and a young lady came out and apologized for coming in . I welcomed her in asked for help she helped with us with Peter . She closed his bag and took him to the freezer. Even customers service was excellent helped me and walked me through the paperwork. I wish I could remember everyone name . I was So emotional and upset.

During a time of unexpected grief, Kramer was very easy to work with. Kramer's staff were very understanding, and the services were timely and efficient. I would recommend Kramer to anyone thinking about direct cremation following a loved ones death.

I will forever regret going with this service. It was what we could afford and it was cold, no empathy and heart breaking.

Courtesy and Thoughtfulness. Kramer dealt with the loss of my mom in a very gracious and respectful way. They continue to communicate with me in a very timely way.

I will always appreciate the courtesy Kramer gave in this difficult time. Their patience and care was outstanding. God bless and Thank you for your amazing service.

It was easy to make the arrangements online at a difficult time. Josh was fantastic to work with. Anytime I called, he was provided great customer service and answered all the questions I had. Very affordable and received updates al the way through the process. Didn't have to worry about missing a phone call. Highly recommend!!

Everybody that came out and that I spoke with were more courteous and polite that I have had before. At the time of my need they were there with condolences and words that means a lot to me. Kudos to everybody I dealt with and everybody that's there they worked they got everything done and of equal manner. Thank you for your experience

The website was very easy to navigate. The customer service has been excellent. No sales pitch or attempts to upsell. I understand now why our hospice recommended this company.
