Hello again You not help me nothing. I got message that can withdrawn money to my personal bank.I make withdrawal to my personal bank before 10 working days.You write how this withdrawal be processkn in maximal 5 days...This not happened and nobody not answer me...This js my salary and my monthly money and now is pass all together over 1 month...You restrict my account after received first deposit ever without any reason what is strange and weird and before this deposit I ask you in chat are can deposit my salary to krak your agents said yes...Now is cant acess to my money and you not process my withdrawal to my bank personal account and broke deadline for over 10 days...This is bad My tickets ID: Ticket # 22400507 Ticket# 22131940 PS: Im not spam ,I try contact you last 25 days but no succesfully.When you fix this like and write in your rules that you fix this in 5 working days im delete my post there no problem.

Been waiting for a dispute too long, did 2 orders that day at the same merchanr. One is already handled for more than 2 weeks, other one is still being handled. How is that possible? Seems like this isn’t handled as it should be.

I wish l could give a negative number as a rating. These people are scammers. If l don’t my money back l aim to spread deeper awareness l have associates that are famous on social media. My account was only open for roughly 4 days. I received a deposit of £30 and later another of £50 from a friend who also uses Krak and nothing is wrong with his account. Since then l can not send or receive anything. Everytime l go on the support chat they cut corners and restrict me from talking to a human. They keep saying they will get in touch with me via email it’s almost been a week since this has happened and there is no follow up at all ticket number 22316728

Je souhaite partager mon expérience avec Kraken afin d’alerter les autres utilisateurs. Mes fonds sont actuellement bloqués et, malgré plusieurs tentatives de contact, je n’ai toujours reçu aucune explication claire ni solution. Je trouve cette situation totalement inacceptable. À mes yeux, le fait de retenir mes fonds sans explication et de rester sans réponse ressemble à du vol et à une arnaque. Je considère donc cette expérience comme extrêmement grave et je déconseille aux utilisateurs de déposer leur argent sur cette plateforme sans prendre toutes les précautions nécessaires. Mon numéro de ticket est 22309313. Je demande à Kraken de traiter immédiatement mon dossier, de m’expliquer la raison du blocage et surtout de procéder à la restitution de mes fonds. J’espère que cette publication permettra d’obtenir enfin une réponse et une résolution rapide de ma situation.

Terrible app. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP! This app completely disrupted my travel plans and has also delayed my monthly rent payment. I simply transferred money from my Monese account to Krak, and without any clear explanation or communication, my account was locked and my funds were put on hold. I have been left without access to my money for the past 48 hours, struggling to afford food from morning and evening. This is completely unacceptable. My support ticket numbers are #22374788 and #22342327. Please review my tickets urgently, unlock my funds, or return the money to the account it came from. I need a clear explanation and an immediate resolution.

Very bad customer support. I wanted to send money and Krak appruptly restricted my account without informing me and put my account under review and its team of reviewing account is too bad and slow. I'd plans to travel but due to restricted account my money also restricted and on hold and all my plans got cancelled due to Krak app. Even I've told them through email plus ticket but it's been week but no response.

Ich fordere sofortigen Zugriff auf mein eigenes Geld! Seit über 5 Tagen ist eine Überweisung von 500 € blockiert und mein Konto eingeschränkt. Es gibt keinerlei rechtlichen Grund oder Verdacht für diese Maßnahme. ​Es ist unakzeptabel, dass es keinen direkten Kundenservice oder Ansprechpartner gibt. Ich habe ein offenes Ticket (ID: 22285463) und Public Account ID: AA31 N84G NKHO USRQ. ​Ich verlange, dass sich umgehend ein Mitarbeiter bei mir meldet, mein Konto freischaltet oder mein Geld sofort auf ein anderes Konto überweist und das Konto schließt! Falls sich niemand umgehend meldet, werde ich rechtliche Schritte einleiten und Beschwerde bei der BaFin einreichen.
