I am back again and it’s been more than a week and the first deposit I made to my account has not been released for no just reason, I have tried to get in touch, send emails to all support handles and no reply. Nobody wants to talk or get to me. The AI keeps sending repetitive messages and it’s becoming clear that this platform is an organized scam. I will contact the authorities this week if they don’t release my funds and will also start an awareness campaign about this company. I have done my best to get this resolved and will start handling it legally from here. Still compiling information from my account and the company. I will update if there is any changes and still update you guys on my procedure.

Wenn ich null Sterne vergeben könnte, würde ich null Sterne vergeben. Die Bank hält wochenlang Guthaben zurück nach Kontoschliessung. Ich hatte nur 3 Kontobewegungen und das Konto wurde gesperrt. Keine Ahnung, warum. Diese Bank ist nicht zu empfehlen.

THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY ITS ALLOWING PEOPLE TO OPEN ACCOUNTS EASILY WITHOUT A PROPER DOCUMENT CHECK JUST TO GET THE MANY CUSTOMERS AS THEY CAN TO FREEZE THEIR MONEY AND KEEP IT TO THEMSELVES UNDER THE EXCUSE OF ACOUNT REVIEW.I KNOW BECAUSE THE FIRST ACCOUNT I OPENED I ACTUALLY USED LEGIT PASSPORT AND INFORMATION USED THE ACCOUNT FOR 4 TRANSACTIONS AND THEN THEY FROZE MY FUNDS WITH NO EXPLANATION OR SUPPORT. SO AFTER ITS BEEN AROUND 20 DAYS WITH THE ORIGINAL ACCOUNT FROZEN IVE MANGED TO OPEN ANOTHER ACCOUNT WITH THEN USING A FAKE PASSPORT AND THE DOCUMENT REVIEW WAS APPROVED AND THIS ACCOUNT IS STILL FULLY OPERATIONAL TILL NOW AS I HAVENT DEPOSITED A BIGGER AMOUNT OF MONEY ONLY 10£ FOR A TEST WICH PROVES THAT THIS THEORY IT’S ACTUALLY TRUE AND THEY’RE JUST TRYING TO GET AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE TO OPEN BANK ACCOUNT. LET THE USE FOR THREE OR FOUR TRANSACTIONS AND AS SOON AS YOU DEPOSIT A BIGGER AMOUNT OF MONEY LIKE ANYTHING ABOUT £500 THEY WILL FREEZE YOUR ACCOUNT AND LEAVE YOU STRANDED.

Every day, you hold someone’s money. My money has been on hold for 8 days now. Whenever I post about it, you just reply, “We have forwarded it to the support team.” Isn’t 8 days enough for a manual check? Ticket number: #22479673. Now I am realizing that I’m not the only one affected by this. There are other victims as well. If you are not willing to provide proper support, it would be better to close your support service instead of keeping customers waiting without any proper response.

I received £1,800 of my wages from work into my Kraken account, and the very next day my account was restricted for no clear reason. I’ve emailed Kraken multiple times and tried getting help through their AI/support system, but I still haven’t received a proper resolution. It has now been over 6 days, and I’m still unable to access my money. This is my hard-earned salary, and I need it to pay my rent and essential bills. I’m now genuinely worried that I could be kicked out of my home because I’m unable to access the money I was paid. My support ticket 22508313 has apparently been escalated to the appropriate team, but I’m still waiting for this to be resolved. I understand security checks can happen, but holding someone’s wages for over 6 days without providing a clear solution is extremely stressful and unacceptable. I just want access to my own money and for this issue to be resolved urgently.

Hice una transferencia de fondos (cantidad pequeña, inferior a 100 euros) desde una cuenta propia de blatcatcard (iban lituano) ami cuenta y mi cuenta fue automaticamnete bloqueada (desconozco la razon, solo he recibido mail automatico de que esta bloqueada). Ni recibir o retirar fondos, ni usar tarjetas, mi dinero esta secuestrado. Llevo dias asi y del soporte no he recibido noticia alguna (ni estan ni se les espera), no responden tickets abiertos, ni tampoco emails, la unica opción es chatear con la IA que esto ya sabemos que na de na, y esta hasta se niega a pasarme con un agente humano. Mucho cuidado con este sitio, cuando va bien todo es maravilloso pero parece que cuando surge un problema es casi imposible hablar con la atencion al cliente. Edito respondiendo a vuestra respuesta: Que otra reseña? Mentiras, largas y mentiras.El el chat solo está la IA y esta ni ayuda ni me pasa con un agente. A través de los otros canales no respondéis, ya sea a través de email o ticket. Y si tenéis otro método de contacto os escucho.

Garbage, I was paid into my account in July, them my account was frozen, I missed a mortgage payment, I have £1,000's the my account I can't touch and since August 11th zero support from your support team. I have since contacted your CEO who said he would help and then provided no further help. All I keep getting is the same AI message that you are still reviewing my complaint, but not the actual case that has frozen my account!? I have not raised this with Financial Ombudsman as these transactions were all in GBP so they are covered.
