Be aware! Be aware! They are stealing money. My account frozen for one month. No any replies or actions from Krak staff. They don't have human support at all. Here they call me spammer trying compromise and insult me. Be aware, newer trust your money to these fraudsters!

I was going to come on here and complain about this situation hoping that I was the only one dealing with this but clearly I am not. I have been using Krak for the past year hardly any problems with them minus a few things up until recently. Use my card for day to day spending and suddenly I go to pay for something and it gets declined I go onto the app and my card has been removed from the home page, no email, no message in the app it’s just gone I was then told that I need to create a ticket to get a response I’ve done this and that was two weeks ago and not one person has bothered to tell me what is going on or why it’s happened I can’t even move my money elsewhere this has caused me absolute hell. I go away on holiday this weekend and am skint enough as it is. A complete shambles of a company anyone thinking of using it should think twice. I have open ticket # 22713544 for my problem , yet I am still waiting for the relevant team to contact me. I understand that security reviews can be necessary, but keeping a customer's funds unavailable without clear communication for days is extremely frustrating. Please complete the review and restore access to my account. My family needs my hard earned money for there daily needs.

My account was restricted for no reason after I made a withdrawal of 2000 euros I had a message to wait for 7days and this is the 11th day yet no response I created this 22724983 opening case noting from them I can't use my card can't send money can't do anything my money is sitting in my account and am needy this is the worst online banking I have used. Now they refunded every money which was pending also I made my final withdrawal I had to wait for three days and today is the 4th day which kind of banking is this ????

After months on end still haven’t responded to any of emails. They closed my account when someone falsely charged back while I still have money in there, I’ve said multiple times I simply want my account back. I’ve provided all the evidence needed to show that the claim is false but i haven’t got not one response back from their so called “team” it’s a joke. It’s so frustrating as I’m not even asking for my money I simply want my account re-opened as I’ve done nothing wrong. I have to keep writing reviews just to get a response, they’ll tell you message them on their social media so you do, then they’ll tell you the “team” is handling your requests and to expect a response soon and they’ll you’ll never hear from them again. it’s a joke. what kind of customer service is this.

I received my Student Finance payment into my account and shortly afterwards my account was restricted, leaving me unable to access my own money. These are legitimate funds, and I am fully prepared to provide any documents needed to prove where the money came from. The biggest problem is the complete lack of proper support. I have contacted them repeatedly, but instead of getting clear answers from a real specialist, I keep receiving generic automated/AI-style responses. Nobody has given me a proper timeframe, nobody has clearly explained what is happening, and nobody seems to take the urgency of the situation seriously. Because of this, I have been left without access to money I need for rent, food, bills and other essential expenses. Holding someone’s funds while failing to provide clear communication or a realistic resolution timeframe is completely unacceptable. I have been patient, but this situation has gone too far. If my account and funds are not dealt with properly, I will be submitting a formal complaint and escalating the matter to the relevant financial authorities. Based on my experience, I would not recommend relying on Krak for important payments or essential funds.

Bisher eigentlich nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht, aber ich wurde Opfer eines Exit-Scams wegen Nichtlieferung eines Händlers aus China und ich bin in einer Gruppe gelandet wo jeder sein Chargeback bereits vorübergehend noch am Selben Werktag erhalten hat. Ich warte nun schon seit 5 Tagen und bisher ist noch nichts passiert. Soweit ich weiß, wird das Geld sofort im Netzwerk geblockt bei Betrugsfällen und sollte vorübergehend gutgeschrieben werden.
