This is soooooo bad no pdf files about transfer when you send from krak money to another bank they hold your payment because Krak add to payment disception some random numbers and letters when you send money you chose instant transfer but you get “in progress” for days if you want send money i put my another 2 accounts to reciptiens i send money to my first account “instant transfer” (2days) and then to second account with another iban it comes randomly to the account with first iban this bank is so random no support you get “AI assistent wich dont help you with anythnig anyyythnig writing thing with no sense…

The worst experience with this company! My account was suspended without reason or any warning! This is the first week of using this app! My benefits and Salary is supposed to come in and now I don’t even know what’s going on! The worst part is I can’t buy diapers and formula for my children! And instead of helping me sort my account problems a Krak rep told me on instagram to go and beg for good! How humiliating! Very disgusting! Hopefully I will have a an update for you guys soon! Till then please think twice before you do business with this company

I have my card blocked together with funds for 3 days and it's a shame, I can't use my card and I can't withdraw the money. I tried to contact them but here is only a robot which it's answering the questions

Absolutely unacceptable experience with Krak. My account has been suddenly restricted and my personal savings are being retained without any transparent explanation, without proportional communication and without any reasonable timeframe for resolution. Support repeatedly hides behind generic compliance responses while refusing to provide even basic clarity regarding the alleged issue or the legal basis for retaining my funds. No regulated financial platform should be able to arbitrarily freeze customer savings while leaving users in complete uncertainty and financial distress. AML and compliance obligations do not justify indefinite opacity, lack of accountability or treating legitimate customers as if their own money can simply be withheld without consequence. At this stage, the handling of this situation has been deeply unprofessional, disproportionate and extremely concerning from both a consumer protection and legal perspective. Very serious experience. I strongly advise others to carefully evaluate the risks of trusting Krak with significant funds.

Un virement de 90€ de Alison Foure***, vous n'avez pas crédité depuis le 06 mai et ensuite fermé le compte mais le virement n'est pas retourné à l'émetteur. C'était marqué en cours. C'est un peu comme du vole. Si vous ne creditez pas les virements, vous devez retourner aux expéditeurs.

Schlecht schlecht schlecht, mein onkel hat mir 22.99 vom einkauf zurück überwiesen, konto gesperrt. Könnte ich minus 5 sterne geben, würde eure unkompetente app diese bekommen, Zum Glück habe ich voher die 850 Euro die drauf waren runter geholt, bzw mit karte bezahlt weil bargeld konnte ich nicht holen, wird 72 stunden gesperrt bei einzahlungen, was laut bankengesetz garnicht zulässig ist. Werde nach der Kack erfahrung auf keinen fall euch weiter empfehlen oder euren komischen dienst weiter nutzen. Seit 4 tagen keine antwort, KI bot ist unterirdisch, wenn man mit einem mitarbeiter sprechen will muss ihm gefühlt 20 mal die selben fragen beantworten, was dann aber auch 24 stunden dauert bis jemand antwortet. Mitarbeiter erzählen dir ein von das wäre normal. Nee auf garkeinen euch vertraue ich niemals mein geld an, die kredikarte schicke ich euch gerne zurück per express, vielleicht möchte sie ja ein mitarbeiter nutzen 🤣 Besser ihr entwickelt spiele für smartphoes, da brauch man euch ja nur den account anvertrauen und keine Geldwerte.ich werde euch auch der BaFin melden. Geht so nicht. Lg

Effettuata apertura in pochi minuti ed abilitata la carta su Apple Pay. Ho ricaricato dei soldi ma dopo poche operazioni di pagamento bloccano il conto con i soldi dentro e non rispondono più. Domani mattina sporgerò regolare denuncia alle autorità competenti oltre che segnalare il tutto all ente bancario europeo.

I’m now writing another review because krak app has left me in financial difficulties over the past week. They closed my account and advised me to withdraw my funds which I did straight away and they have not responded to any of my emails or sent me my money back. I have stressed of how urgently I need my funds but yet still they don’t reply. I can only assume the have stolen my remainder of my balance. Please stay away from this app honestly they will lock your account for no reason and even close it and still keep your balance. I will be complaining to the fca and financial ombudsman in regards to the way they have treated me and for stealing my money.
