They closed my account with my money without even give a justification. Ticket #20705458 has already 1 month without solution. PS: This is standard bull* because to stole my money they didnt need any video call. They have my ID validated and video proof of life and there is no GDPR that requires such video call. It even states that there should not be asked more data to access my own data.

I opened this account and completed the KYC verification. Shortly afterward, I deposited around €300, but since then, I can no longer withdraw it. The money is blocked and nothing can be removed from Krak. I chatted with their stupid digital assistant, which turns out to be useless. I opened a support ticket number 21403298, but no one answers. Stay away from this company. They are professional scammers and hold their customers' money indefinitely. They should be reported to Consob, Europol, and the EBA to have their banking and crypto licenses revoked in Europe. Let's unite and do something to stop these damned scammers.

Unprofessional, ridicolous, infuriating I used my krak card on 2 merchants that i have used plenty of times before - and for some reason that no one on earth knows or can explain, the card was declined by card issuer - but money was still charged from my acc. Talking to support, they tell me its the merchants who have to reverse the transactions - when i talk to the merchants they say that its Krak who has to do that cause the card was declined before ever processing anything so the merchants CANT EVEN SEE THE TRANSACTIONS. But Krak keeps telling me to go elsewhere and i keep coming back being told everywhere that KRAK is the one who has to solve this. Ending up with TERRIBLE answers and support and being told basically that i have no other choice than to wait 14+ days for the authorizations to dissapear by itself??? The way the support treated me and this issue is unbelieveably incompetent.

Dont even want to give one star But this is he shittest company ive ever come across Literally stole £130 quid of me no where to be seen, noone reply through email They shut my account down So I cant contact them through there This is a joke of a company Do not trust them Do not open an account with them

This is the worst app I have ever used their customer support is absolutely garbage you get to speak to little bakini bottom emoji AI automated responses they will hold your funds then restrict your entire account and them turn around and ask to fund your account and remove all possible payment methods due to account restrictions and then report you even if the full amount of funds are already in the account, they expect you to add even more funds via wire transfer then decline the transfer zero help they will finally reach out via email and respond once then never respond Is the biggest waste of time please save yourself the headache and never attempt to use this app as it is absolutely terrible all around

Die Erste Bewertung von Jan bin ich auch, heute wieder mal 400 eingezahlt mal abbgecheckt, ob es wieder gepserrt wird und zack wieder, eure aussagen mittel sperren oder einzufrieren sind Rechtswiedrig und durfen so nicht durchgeführt werden, mittel dürfen weder gesperrt noch eingefroen werden ohne einem triftigen grund, es besteht kein verdacht der Geldwäsche, das regelt ganz klar das Bankegesetz. Ihr sperrt alles, letztes mal 22.99 von meinem Onkel 😅😅 und ich soll meine Finanzen über krak laufen lassen 😅😅😅 diese seite empfehle ich niemanden, sowas schlechtes noch nie erlebt bei keiner plattform. Werde das der BaFin melden und sollte es nicht innerhalb 24 stunden wieder Frei sein auch klage einreichen gegen ihr unternehmen. Mit besten Grüßen, Jan

Krak allowed a scam transaction without my permission. My card got charged without 3DS or my approval through the app and balance went to negative !!! Support is being not helpful, not reading my messages and seems they don’t care that their app has some security issues . I received generic responses that I need to file a dispute, but the app won’t give me the option since my balance is negative and apparently they want me to cover the negative balance for the transaction that was obviously a scam. Merchant name is just some random numbers , no explanation , no nothing . Avoid Krak if you don’t want your money to disappear one day . Or you would have to talk with the unprofessional support for hours , just to find out that they don’t care and not willing to help you . Horrible service, and apparently weak security , since they allowed an extremely shady transaction that went to negative balance.

Now listen i send money from my other account to Krak with my same name from my account i send statmnet PDF from my BANK WITH MY NAME to KRAK ACCOUNT WITH SAME MY NAME 126€ they lock your account support not exist no one communicate with you… AND DONT REPLY TO MY MASSAGE CONTACT ME ON OTHER MEDIA PLATFORM WHEN SOMNE DO IT YOU JUST REPLY YOU CANT SOLVE THIS PROBLEM ON SOCIAL MEDIAS BECAUSE OF SEVURITY STUPID HORRIBLE APP CLOSING ACCOUNT
