SCAM ACCOUNT DO NOT BOTHER OPENING! They've done this to thousands of people, it can't be a coincidence. They'll let you open the account make a few transactions, then they'll just freeze the whole account disregarding people have livelihoods and blocking a bank account, obstructs that. Go on trust pilot they have thousands of people saying the exact same thing. It's a shame they operate like this because their app is very smooth. I want my account re opened or close my account and return my funds

Thehuge gaps between buy and sell…The huge gaps between buy and sell prices, fake trading. Coins that aren’t traded anywhere else. Very low volume. Being forced to use ridiculously small amounts of money sent as gifts at the market price. Why can’t I enter the price I want? Compte restreint dès le départ sans explication et demande de ticket support faite. Voilà maintenant 5 jours et toujours aucune nouvelle du support. Le support en ligne est uniquement un bot qui ne sait dire qu'il ne peut transmettre à une personne compétente car le compte est restreint et que je dois attendre le traitement du ticket #22107275. Il suffit de me dire ce que vous voulez comme justificatif et je vous les donne ! C'est inadmissible d'avoir un service client aussi déplorable. Entre temps les virements entrants tombent et bien sûr ne sont pas renvoyés... Merci de débloquer mon compte et de traiter le ticket et si je dois effectuer des tâches je les ferai mais j'attends votre réponse !

Absolute nightmare experience. Kraken is unlawfully holding my funds with zero transparency, no clear timeframes, and completely useless customer support. I currently have TWO open cases with them: Ticket #21585521: Pending for almost 2 months. All requested compliance and verification documents were provided immediately, yet I have been met with absolute silence for weeks. No updates, no decisions. Ticket #22134847: Held deposit of 230 USDC. A simple transaction locked indefinitely without any proper explanation. Whenever I try to get a clear answer via live chat, support agents either drop standard copy-pasted responses or simply disconnect the chat without answering. This is a complete failure of customer service and raises serious questions about how funds are handled. I demand an immediate resolution, escalation from a manager, and the instant release or refund of my funds for both tickets.

Terrible, you can't put money on your account at the store or at the kiosk, the only solution is to top up directly with another card, which of course will cost you an extremely high fee.
