Ordered a top, it's ok, but abit tight, so ordered next size up, they end up exactly same size. Part was broken, told to fix myself Then also looks like a drop of blood, told clean myself.

Ne commandez pas sur ce site. J'ai commandé un haut pour un concert, il a mit plus d'un mois et demi à arriver, donc je ne l'ai pas reçu a temps, et surtout ça n'a rien a voir avec ce que j'ai commandé, dommage qu'on ne puisse pas ajouter de photos. Je suis actuellement en pourparler car ils m'ont proposé un dédommagement de seulement 3$ alors que j'ai payé 35$, si ça n'avait été que le retard mais c'est aussi des photos mensongères.

I’d give this website 0 stars if it was allowed. I ordered a sheer mesh jeogori on 6/18/26. First issue I encountered is they overcharged me for my 1 item by $8. When I contacted them about the unknown additional charge, they refunded all but 40 cents. I really wanted the item, so I decided not to complain about 40 cents. The issue with that is if that is their standard practice those few cents would add up per customer. The 2nd issue I have with them is, I received the wrong item(a month after my purchase date). I don’t even know how they sent me what they did because it’s not on their website. I was sent a t-shirt that said Mardi Gras. Like one of those polyester, cheesy looking ones you find in a souvenir shop. I contacted kpopcloth customer service with my concerns and with pictures of what I received. I would have asked for a replacement, but seeing as how it took a month for the wrong item to arrive it wouldn’t work because the event I purchased it for is 3 weeks away. And they didn’t try to offer an expedited shipping option. They tried to gaslight me by saying they “thoroughly inspected…” my order and that it was the correct item, and the only solution they could offer was an $8 refund. If it was the correct item then why would they even bother with an $8 refund?! I got nowhere with them, so I just notified my bank to do a chargeback. They are just thieves.
