Good luck trying to make any withdraws.. they make it a pain, EVERY SINGLE TIME. i wouldnt trust them with even $1 in my account.

Stay away and look for help through the name on my profile.

They took 1 thousand euros from my balance and claimed I had withdrawn it when I never did!!! They are total scammers, avoid at all costs.

Depuis que KOT4X a décidé de ne plus travailler avec MT4 mais TRADELOCKER , les problèmes se sont enchaînés... Le courtier KOT4X a décidé de clôturer mon compte MT4 s'en même m'en avertir et a transféré mon capital vers TRADELOCKER. C'était en novembre de l'année dernière, j'avais encore des trades ouverts avec de gros bénéfices. Mais comme ils ont clôturé mon compte MT4 , il m'était impossible de faire quoi que ce soit pour récupérer mes gains. J'ai envoyé une multitude de mails au support client, également en passant par des demandes direct sur le site de KOT4X et puis sur le tchat pendant 3 mois sans que ça aboutisse vers une réponse. Il me réponde qu'il y a toujours trop de demandes à traiter... Aucune responsabilité !

Do not trust this company, they take your money and despite their leverage there is no accountability for their actions and while they have customer service representatives, they take long getting back to clients and their fees are outrageous. Stay away!

Worst company ever! corrupt don't touch

The website/organization written in my profile name got me a refund of $12,500 from KOT4X after filling a complaint to them.

so I had not for 5 years or so. made withdraws no issue. just deposited 190 and can't put money in trade locker.its just gone. I emailed them, and still waiting. usually you can just talk to support. now it says nothing.
