Hello everyone, Please allow me share my experience with all of you in terms of trading with KOT4X. I have been trading live with them since mid June 2024, which is when I made my first deposit. Everything has been okay with them in terms of trading, until they locked my account on 12/22/2024. I tried to login per usual and it then said “account locked, contact customer support” which is exactly what I did right after receiving that message. I submitted a support ticket on the same day and received no response for about a week. They then stated that I should keep an eye on my email for a response. I waited and waited then decided to contact them again with another ticket for a followup. They then said the same thing. I then waited again for an additional week and nothing happened so I went into their live chat. I contacted live chat and they told me that I was the one who deleted my account which is impossible. I mean who would delete their own account with money in there… That’s just common sense. I then told them that there was no way I did that and they said that my issue was escalated to the “relevant team” which sent me an email to once again keep my eye on my email. Can you guess what happens next? Nothing. It’s been almost 3 weeks and I’ve yet to get any clear response as to why my account was locked or what they’re going to do to reopen my account and solve the issue. The unfortunate part is I became a profitable trader around the end of Q2 going into Q3 of 2024 and I ended up quitting my job to peruse my trading career, trading on KOT4X. The worst part is I have a decent amount of money in there which I wanted to payout and support my family with and now I’m stuck burning through my savings to support my family because KOT4X’s careless customer support team. I pray that this will be resolved soon otherwise I just won’t be able to make ends meet soon. Again, I’m writing this to inform you all to hopefully not fall into my situation and have to deal with their careless support team. I truly hope that they are reputable and don’t screw me over. Love this broker they make it easy to withdraw and deposit through btc iv never had any problems before the migration to TradeLocker on mt4 and feel the platform has only gotten better since the migration to trade locker iv been using them for 4 years now highly recommended!!!

scam scam close your account not US based not regulated

Just don't do it.. The fees are so outrageous. It's clearly a scam. To cover the fees you would have to make like 200-300 pips. Just to see a little bit of profit. Then they will KYC you to death if you try to withdraw. Also the leverage it's really 1:500 if you try to use leveraged trades they will simply say "order has been rejected" Even though you have the balance. BS Company.

If you are a swing trader, STAY AWAY! Their spreads and swaps at market closure is INSANE. I tested this multiple times, I will have open trades before market close with a stop loss on TradeLocker and when I login to KOT4X to look at the trade log/transactions, SL column shows 0 or N/A. This called manipulation at its finest... I reached out to them and the support team has done NOTHING...

I funded my account two weeks ago without a hiccup. Registration and depositing were smooth. The bitcoin deposit does take up to two hours so just be patient. As of right now am I have lost money due to learning how to trade. When I get profitable and make my first withdrawal I will make an update on how that goes. If the withdrawal is as smooth as my deposit then I will have to bump it up to 5 stars because the spreads and leverage are top tier. Tradelocker also works well with KOT4x. Next time I comment you will know if they honored the withdrawal.

When I'm trying to get on the webpage late it's not opening up for me still I'm in the US is it a country issue or what's going on

This is by far the worst broker out there. I have been lied to more times than I can count by their customer service. They ran a contest that got to big for them. So they shut it down with promises of re-opening it last year. If they couldn't handle it, they shouldn't have made promises. Do not trust them with your money. They lie to you and never keep their word.
