Tank x2 ultra. i told them there was a software issue shortly after I started using it. the cumulative weekly steps are incorrect. each day it tracks the steps but then when they tip over into the weekly data they suddenly show way lower on some days. I provided data to prove this and they agreed. they assured me it would be fixed. After a few months wait and many messages, no improvement. I asked for a refund and they started to try to offer only a partial refund. know your rights. this was not fit for purpose. I now have a full refund and can shop elsewhere. so Im grateful for that but this experience makes me doubt some of the other data and also their integrity

They messed up the delivery date which is going to be almost 2 weeks. Then told me the watch was already delivered to me. Then sent a tracking number which is telling me its still in china. Dont bother, this company is not worth the hastle.

KOSPET tank 2 screen not responding after less than 1 year. Client service contacted, no answer

I warned to Kospet support that the smartwatch strapes are too small for me, I needed at least 24cm wrist size. They told me they were going to send me a free metal strap but it never arrived so I had to buy a new metal strap and a charger. I'm really upset with the support of this company. I'm going to claim my money to Paypal and if Paypal wash their hands I will talk with my bank. It's not normal that Kospet only gives you 7 days of return policy. European companies has 14 days at least.

I have just purchased a T3 ultra 2 and noticed that the maps showing the route followed (i.e biking or walking outdoors) are wrong if the tracking is launched by the watch ( error larger than 2 km). On the other hand, if the tracking is launched via the app on the phone the map is okay. Asked support to kospet and waiting their feedback. In sintesi il tracking GPS e accurato solo se attivato dall app sul telefono. Se lanciato dall' orologio, come normale durante attività outdoor, le mappe indicano percorsi del tutto errati con errore superiore ai 2 km. Spero che kospet intervenga per non restituire l orologio.

Die Uhr Tank X2 habe ich über amazon gekauft. Nach ca. 4 Wochen war diese Uhr (trotz Aufladens) defekt. Das habe mehrere Male gemeldet. Nur eine überhaupt nicht hilfreiche Antwort erhalten, dann nichts mehr. Für mich ist das viel Geld und Ärger. Da ich keine Option zu einem Reparaturdienst erhalten habe, hätte ich gern meine Geld zurück. Ist schließlich noch ein Garantiefall. Ich denke darüber nach mich an des Amt für Verbraucherschutz zu werden.

Hallo zusammen habe direkt bei bauknecht eine mikrowelle 3 in 1. Gekauft sie kam am 04.01.25 ich wollte am Tag danach was aufbacken und bemerkte das es nur eine 2 in 1. Mikrowelle ist + dampf schale ich habe dann die Reklamation bei bauknecht im Netz aufgemacht und wurde sofort darauf hingewiesen das die Retoure selbst bezahlen soll bei jeden kleinen Laden bekomme ich 14 Tage kostenfreie Rückgabe nun bauknecht ist das Kunden Betreuung um einen Kunden zu halten sicher ist das ein falscher Weg habe noch am 05.01. Um einen Retoure Schein mal schauen wie lange es dauer das ich das Gerät zurück schicken kann somit einen Kunden verloren schämt euch /da ich nicht mich nicht nur aufregen kann bewerten ich neu nach dem ich bewertet haben bauknecht mir ein kücksendeschein gemailt der mir nichts gekostet hat und somit ist alles gut verlaufen aber für die Aufregung gebe ich nur 4 Sterne
