Recently bought a Kospet Tank T3 ultra 2. Great looking watch, well made, solid case and excellent screen , bright and clear, with a huge selection of great free faces in the App. Battery life amazing , with heavy use I easily get three days between charges. Functionality wise the onboard apps are good and easy to use. Kospet helpdesk have been great in helping iron out some issues in the initial setup, with patient and prompt email support. Definitely good value in comparison to the now vastly overpriced Apple Watch. So after nearly a months daily use, the cons I have found to date - no contactless payment ( to be fare as made clear in the specification) , watch doesn’t alert ( sound or vibration) when a message is received ( the Kospet helpdesk have been working on this, good email comms with suggested fixes but as yet unsuccessful ) and this morning , despite all of the settings being as required, the watch did not change to BST time. My phone did change as usual, but the watch only reflected the correct time once the Apexmove app was opened. So on the face of it not massive dealbreakers I suppose ( unless you’re relying on an alarm on the weekend the clocks change for BST as I was ! ) a great looking watch with a lot of functionality, value for the price point, but certainly comes with some issues to be aware of and work around, or alternatively avoid altogether.

I purchased this watch a week and a 1/2 ago I am a tech guy and I liked the look of the watch and the features presented online. Initially it was hard to get in touch with customer service because some of the features on the watch were not working. When they did finally get involved they helped me determine that my Samsung Z-flip 3 phone was not compatible with the software at this time and offered me a full refund. It's unfortunate because it's a cool watch and if it worked I would have been happy with it. If you want one just reach out to them and make sure it will work with your phone before you buy it.

J’ai acheté la Tank T3 Ultra. Cette montre est une blague, les capteurs sont de mauvaise qualité et ont au moins 10 ans. La différence de bpm avec mon Apple Watch... Au repos je faisais du 80bpm alors que sur l’AW j’étais à 60. Il faut pas se fier aux mesures de santé, tout est faussé. On a l’impression d’une qualité mais pour ceux qui cherchent de la précision ce n’est pas une marque recommandable. Sûrement du rebranding. Je me suis tourné vers la Garmin 165 et là tout va bien, de meilleure capteurs et des données complètes.

Ich hatte bereits mehrfach dem Unternehmen kund gegeben, dass der Schrittzähler nicht richtig funktioniert. Nach mehrfachen zurücksetzen schrieb man mir, dass es sich um einen Fehler handelt und man daran arbeitet. Man bot mir 45 € Gutschrift an. Aber was soll ich mit einer Watch die fehlerhaft ist. Ich könnte die Uhr ja dann verschenken so Kospet.... Das geht gar nicht. Die Uhr sieht zwar schön aus, ist aber nach meinen Erfahrungen das Geld nicht wert.

About 10 years ago I purchased the Kospet Prime-S. I still have and wear it. I am conscience not to submerge it and take care of it. I even downloaded the Cronosurf watch face which Kospet said is not compatible. It provides 95% functionality. Since that time the 2025 model lines have been advertised to operate on US operating systems which now allow full receiving and making phone calls

I purchased the Kospet Tank T3 Ultra 2 and have been using it daily for a few weeks. The watch is extremely rugged and feels very solid. The display is bright and clear, even in sunlight, and I love the variety of sports and outdoor tracking features. Battery life is excellent—easily lasting several days on a single charge, and it charges quickly when needed. I also appreciate the detailed stats the companion app provides for workouts and activities. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase. The Kospet Tank T3 Ultra 2 combines durability, functionality, and ease of use in a way that works perfectly for my needs. Highly recommended.

Watch screen blurred after 18 months. When mailed warranty (supposed to be 2 years), they jus forward the email to a gmail-based account the is supposed to deal with Amazon buyers, like me. Crickets... Money wasted and the smell of scam is strong.

Ho utilizzato questo "smartwach" per 7 mesi e sono stato il primo a comperarlo in ITALIA: 1) dopo 5 mesi il cinturino si è disintegrato. Ricomprato direttante da lore già dopo 1 mese ha cominciato a sfilacciarsi. Dunque qualità della plastica VOTO ZERO 2) Dopo 7 mesi ha smesso completamente di funzionare. Il bello è che non l'ho mai utilizzato ne sotto la doccia ma nemmeno per nuoto in mare o altro. Quindi durata VOTO ZERO: 3) Alla luce di quanto spra, essendo ancora in garanzia ho contattato il servizio di assistenza Kospet che è: INESISTENTE. Ti rispondono via mail direttamente dalla Cina usando Google translate (anche se tu gli scrivi in inglese) con copia e incolla... Ma alla fine non ne viene fuori nulla. Assistenza e Garanzia VOTO ZERO. Quindi per concludere, solita CINESATA che costa relativamente poco ma vale ancora meno di quanto costa. FINE!
