So far so good. The Tank S1 seems tough and I like the fact that it is waterproof. It took a while to get the text notification figured out, it is a good watch overall, though.

Kospet tank X1 is a very nice rugged smart band, but I miss some of the feature my M1 had. I wish I had just ordered a M1 pro then.

I like the sturdy body and great battery life of my M2, but still want more from the watch such as an AMOLED display.

I have a Tank T2 that I bought in Dec 2022 and I have had great customer service with Kospet and they provide wonder products. You should check them out. Thank you Kospet ~Mark

I purchased a Kospet Tank M1 Pro from "Smartwatch for less" in January 2023, the watch has had very little use but 7 months on has refused to charge. I purchased a new charging lead to see if that was the problem but unfortunately was not. I have contacted Smartwatch for less who are absolutely useless in their response. They put as many obstacles in the way to put you off returning the faulty item. Usually a standard email response. Even when you you meet all the criteria for a repair, they still ask for £13.00 to cover repairs. On top of that there's postage, so approximately £20.00 for a watch that's advertised as having a 2 year warranty.

Ich kann von einem Kauf bei Kospet nur abraten. Ich habe im Dezember 2021 online eine Kospet Optimus gekauft. Habe die Uhr auch nur bei besonderen Anlässsen getragen. Im Mai 2022 ist sie dann am Gehäuse gebrochen. Einfach so, beim anlegen des Armbandes. Sie ist nie runtergefallen oder irgendwo angestoßen. Optischer Zustand ist neuwertig. Kospet weigert sich bis heute, 1 1/2 Jahre später immer noch den Schaden zu ersetzen, bzw. wirft mir vor den Schaden selbst verursacht zu haben. Der Kundenservice und die Garantieabwicklung ist katastrophal. Gebt besser etwas mehr Geld aus und kauft bei dem Händler eures Vertrauens. I can only advise against buying from Kospet. I bought a Kospet Optimus online in December 2021. I only wore the watch on special occasions. In May 2022 the casing broke. Just like that, when you put the bracelet on. It has never fallen down or hit anything. Visual condition is as good as new. To this day, 1 1/2 years later, Kospet still refuses to compensate for the damage or accuses me of having caused the damage myself. The customer service and warranty processing is catastrophic. It's better to spend a little more money and buy from a dealer you trust.

Thank goodness that I bought through Amazon so I can return this piece of garbage. First off, I bought a Tank s1. My husband bought a Tank M2 off the manufacturer website. There are a few things I noticed. Firstly my husband's watch arrived in a nice box with info and graphics. Mine arrived in a plain white box that said "smart watch" on the front. Secondly my husband's watch uses an app called Dafit. Even though my watch is supposed to be used with an app that has the name an logo it is so limited and I really do think that this is an imposter or counterfeit. I reported to Amazon. Thirdly the info listed here for contact info is BS. I live in Spokane myself. And my husband's watch with the authentic booklet and watch does not have this same contact info. The "business" who claimed ownership of this business on this website has not verified any ownership or responded to any negative reviews in over 12 months. Don't buy unless you use a credit card or through someone like Amazon or PayPal that you can get a refund if you have problems with the seller. As far as hardware the watch was cheap and limited probably took less than 10 dollars to make.
